How to become a Carlisle Consultant

When new Carlisle Consultants join our business, we make sure they are in a position to succeed. We begin with extensive training at our Carlisle University. This training immerses new Consultants in all aspects of our business: Carlisle's fashion collections, client relationships, sales and marketing skills, and administrative support. In short, we ensure that our new Consultants are completely prepared before they venture out to meet their first client.

The support for Carlisle Consultants doesn't end with this initial training. We continue to develop fresh fashions that will excite clients. We arrange regular meetings with other experienced Consultants to foster camaraderie and information sharing of successful practices. As new fashions or back-office systems are put into place, we make sure Consultants are well-versed in those as well. For instance, in recent years, we've built a new distribution center in New York that combines friendly, responsive employees and the best of information technology to ship client orders to Consultants quickly and accurately. We've also developed our STARS (Sales Tracking And Reporting System) software so Consultants can easily manage the administrative side of their business and spend their time focusing on the most important thing they do: giving clients their personal attention.

We never lose sight of the fact that our Carlisle Consultants are the centerpiece of our success, so we always give them the tools to prosper.
