Twister Navy

The navy blouse and abstract floral print skirt are kindred spirits for more than the shade of navy and silk they contain. The stretch silk top has three overlay panels that intertwine for rich gathered texture. The silk skirt features tiers of 9” squares, hand sewn at each point for an open flounce effect that is as feminine as the top.
